About KokoMG fulfill

The operation behind international brands selling in Nigeria.

KokoMG Fulfill gives international e-commerce brands the local operation they need to sell in Nigeria. We handle everything between a customer’s order and collected revenue, so brands can enter, sell, and scale without building a local operation.

Our Goal

Reliable fulfillment in Nigeria

Our mission

We build and operate the infrastructure international e-commerce brands need to enter, operate, and scale in Nigeria, turning demand into revenue they can count.

Our Vision

To be the infrastructure global e-commerce brands rely on to turn demand into revenue across Nigeria and Africa.

Our Story

I did not come into this from a boardroom. I came into this through real operations in the actual day to day of getting orders to customers.

In 2017, I began running fulfillment operations for a UK-registered e-commerce logistics platform, where I spent the next three years managing an Abuja warehouse while coordinating with teams in Lagos across warehouse management, inventory control, customer support, courier coordination, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and returns.

At the time, I thought fulfillment was straightforward: receive the orders, dispatch the products, collect the payment. The work taught me otherwise. That was where I came to understand how revenue is actually made in this market and how quietly it may slip away when one part of the chain is weak.

Over the years, I worked with local and international brands entering Nigeria for the first time, and I kept seeing the same thing. The orders were often there, yet the results rarely matched what the numbers seemed to promise.

Eventually, I came to see that orders were only the beginning. Most of what determined a brand’s success happened afterwards, in the stretch between a customer placing an order and the revenue actually being collected. Brand after brand, I found myself solving the same problem in different forms.

This is what KokoMG Fulfill was built on. I founded the company to help international brands operate in Nigeria with the visibility and execution that turn demand into revenue a brand can actually count, never simply to move parcels, but to close the gap between checkout and collected revenue.

I build it now because I have stood in the place where it was missing.

Founder & CEO
Anthonia spent nearly a decade running fulfillment operations in Nigeria, managing warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, and reconciling cash on delivery, while watching international brands enter the market and discover that demand alone did not guarantee revenue. She built KokoMG Fulfill to fix what she kept seeing: the gap between a completed order and collected revenue. Today she leads the company, building and operating the infrastructure international e-commerce brands need to enter, operate, and scale in Nigeria.

Head of Operations
Nosakhare came to fulfillment from the other side of it, a merchant before an operator, importing products and selling online in Nigeria before moving into operations. That dual perspective gives him a practical grasp of what brands are up against as they grow. As Head of Operations, he runs fulfillment across KokoMG’s network, and previously led the company’s operations in Ghana. He is known for being exacting: disciplined records and reporting, strong people management, and a relentless focus on operational improvement.
KokoMG Fulfill currently supports fulfillment operations across Nigeria’s major commercial markets, and has previous operational experience in Ghana.
